Preconstruction Planning Services
Diamond Court Construction works together with you and your Design Professionals to provide a comprehensive overview of your project, whether provided as a fee service or as part of a negotiated Construction Management agreement. Budgets are prepared, work is analyzed for constructability, potential cost savings are presented, project schedules are prepared, and plans are reviewed for quality and feasibility. We can also assist with local authority plan reviews and building committee presentations. The goal in Pre-Construction is to help you maximize your assets value or ROI on construction spending.

General Contracting Services
Diamond Court Construction will work with you as your Customer Representative, Construction Manager and/or your Builder. We offer cost plus contracts with full transparency, as the customer you see and approve all items, all products, and all subcontractor agreements. Under both arrangements we will prepare bid packages and assist in receipt of bids, negotiate subcontracts and manage the work through closeout/turnover. When general contracting we will partner with you and your Design Professionals to assure a quality construction price & a successful project. This service is often provided under the traditional Design-Bid-Build method although it can be negotiated in a few different methods. Diamond Court Construction has a long history of successful projects as a Building Contractor.

If you are building a single-family home or a multi-family G-Suite® with us, you may need to modify the plans beyond our present 20 Models with hundreds of combinations. If so we can take care of your needs and incorporate all your dream ideas into print. If it is a townhome, apartment complex or other commercial structure Diamond Court Construction will team with qualified architects (if applicable) and consultants to provide both design and construction services under one contract with you. This is the best option if you prefer a single source of responsibility or if you wish to fast track your completion.
